Kotor Art Kotor APSS has been awarded at the first Montenegrin Architectural Expo, category research/experiment. We are proud of the recognition we have received from our colleagues architects and we thank every member of our Kotor APSS community. This award belongs to all of you staff members, mentors, lecturers, students, partners, sponsors, participants.
Since we were all in Podgorica for our GH Fjord presentation and team reunion, Andreas was kind enough to give a lecture for architects and especially architecture students. The lecture was imagined as a way of continuing the didactical program of Kotor APSS. In a series of interesting examples Andreas made a clear statement - “You cannot really exhibit architecture”.
All the bits and pieces of our GH Fjord booklet came to an end and were finally printed, packed and ready to be presented at the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The team of 4 – Dijana Vucinic, Bostjan Vuga, Simon Hartmann and Andreas Ruby presented the topic: Grand Hotel Fjord, an abandoned structure in the prominent location at the very end of Kotor Bay that is to be reanimated into Grand Hotel Fjord – a case study for sustainable and forward-leaping touristic development.
